Fleet Feet Training Club 16 Week Summer - Fall Training Group

This is a Fleet Feet Training Club group for runners interested in training through summer and fall. This 16 week training session will include 3 sessions per week meeting as a group as well as a weekly training plan for each day of the week. Training tips, expert coaching and professional clinics will all be included in the 4 months of training.

For the first time for the FFTC we will end with the option to travel together to the Moab Trail Half Marathon on November 5th.

Training occurs on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm, Saturday at 8am with additional options to join group runs through Fleet Feet and Boulder Track Club on Monday, Friday and Sunday.
