13.1 Winter Warriors Training 2014

Registration Deadline passed.

This group will meet together two times a week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. The group will last for 12 weeks and train in preparation for the Asheville Half Marathon at Biltmore Estate set on March 15, 2015. Training will be led by a coach and mentors offering variant pacing times. Local physical therapists, dietitians, and cross trainers will be scheduled for free consults throughout the program. Additional incentives include a technical t-shirt and socks provided by our sponsors.
