2020 Summer Sweat: Fleet Feet & Krank Pop Up

This six-week program is the perfect balance of strength and cardio - all the tools you'll need for a successful fall race season (virtual or otherwise), and is recommended for all abilities. Program will offer body weight-based movements with modifications as needed. Weekly running and run/walk training schedules will be provided in mileage ranges starting from 1 to 4 miles.
