I hereby request to participate in the Running Club at Southern Peak Brewery sponsored by the Taylor Family YMCA. I hereby acknowledge that I have been made away and fully understand that there are certain risks inherent in this activity which I am about to voluntarily engage. Participation in these activities could involve risk of personal injury. In consideration of my participating in this activity, I do hereby assume all risk of injury arising from participation in all Running Club activities. I specifically release covenant not to sue, hold harmless and indemnify the YMCA of the Triangle, Taylor Family YMCA and Southern Peak Brewery from any and all liabilities, damages and causes of action, suits and claims and demands of any nature whatsoever, which is related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity.
