Fall 2024 Distance Training - Tri-Cities

Our Half Marathon distance training is designed to help you set smart goals and have a plan to meet them. We invite you to be a part of our awesome Tri-Cities running community this spring, find new training buddies, develop grit, and exceed your own expectations!

- Group weekly training on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings with dedicated coaches and mentors.

- Participants receive their own copy of the training program.

- We're partnering with Tri-Cities Half Marathon on October 27th.

- Our training plan is 12 weeks long.

- We welcome runners in our Tri-Cities community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
