3 Month Personal Training Program

Every coaching program begins with a brief intake questionnaire followed by a 30 minute introductory phone call. We will gather basic information on your fitness foundation and running skill level before developing a training program tailored towards your needs. From there, you will be sent weekly training schedules geared towards your specific race goal. During the week, your activities will receive feedback through Strava. This will be followed be a weekly check-in to see how mind and body are feeling from weekly basis to make necessary adjustments for the upcoming week.

 The 3 month training plan option is ideal for anyone looking for guidance on their next 10k to 1/2 marathon.
