Fleet Feet Huntersville Run a Mile training program Winter 2025

Our Run a Mile is a 4-week program to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by training for a 1 mile run.  This program is designed to allow you to work at your own pace while providing you with motivation to keep moving.  Weekly group workouts are led by a coach and mentor who will take you through a warmup, guide you along the route, and provide a post-workout cool down.  There will be different pace groups of run-walk intervals, walking, and running dependent on participation.    

This program is also a great opportunity to help you segue into future training programs and longer distances.

Program Start:  January 14, 2025

Group Workouts:  Tuesdays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 7:30am

Registration:  $25

Must be 16 years or older to participate. 

*Those 16 - 17 years old must participate with a parent or legal guardian (no exceptions).

Dogs and strollers are not permitted during training.
