Run a Mile + 5k training bundle 2025
This 14-week package includes 2 training programs in one!
Our Run a Mile is a 4-week program to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by training for a 1 mile run. This program is designed to allow you to work at your own pace while providing you with motivation to keep moving.
At the end of the Run a Mile program, you will segue into our 5k training program.
Our 5k program is designed to help you cross the finish line in 10 weeks while providing you with motivation to keep moving, guidance and advice, and educational clinics on topics such as choosing the right gear and injury prevention.
Weekly group workouts are led by a coach and mentor who will take you through a warmup, guide you along the route, and provide a post-workout cool down. There will be different pace groups of run-walk intervals, walking, and running dependent on participation.
Program Dates: January 14, 2025 - April 19, 2025
Group Workouts: Tuesdays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 7:30am

Must be 16 years or older to participate.
*Those 16 - 17 years old must participate with a parent or legal guardian (no exceptions).
Dogs and strollers are not permitted during training.
Cost of the race is not included in the program.
