2021 MBM Women Only 5k Training

This gradual 8 week program will help you comfortably progress from the couch to walking, walk running or running your first 5k at a pace that's best for you.

***Virtual and in person social distance options.*** We'll run a private Facebook group for this. This will prepare you to complete a 5K or help you improve your performance. It is an 8 week program which will meet three times per week for group runs.  The target race will be the Myrtle Beach Marathon 5k on March 6th!
