2021 Myrtle Beach Marathon 5K Beginner Program

Training program for those who plan to start with walking for the 5k. We will alternate easy walking with brisk walking to light running in interval sessions on Tuesday. The group will help you complete or better your previous performance in a fun group atmosphere. It is an 8 week program. The target race will be the Myrtle Beach Marathon 5k the first weekend in March.
