2024 Myrtle Beach Half Marathon

Registration Deadline passed.

This raining program for first time and experienced half marathoners who want to prepare for the 2024 Myrtle Beach Half Marathon.  This group will meet 2 times per week for workouts which will get you ready to meet your goals for the Myrtle Beach Half Marathon.  You can also do the training virtually and share your workouts with your teammates in our private Facebook group or just the coach in the training app. Included in your registration is a bi-weekly yoga session with a certified yoga instructor to enhance joint strength and flexibility.  Participants should have completed a 5K (preferably a 10K) and be able to run or run/walk at least 5 miles.
