2025 Myrtle Beach Half Marathon

This training program is for first time and experienced half marathoners who want to prepare for the 2025 Myrtle Beach Half Marathon. This group is led by an RRCA certified Running Coach and will meet 2 times per week for workouts which will get you ready to meet your goals for the Myrtle Beach Half Marathon. Included in your registration is a bi-weekly yoga session with a certified yoga instructor to enhance joint strength and flexibility. Participants should have completed a 5K (preferably a 10K) and be able to run or run/walk at least 5 miles.
